The PDD Program funds, monitors and evaluates the provision of services for Individual Albertans with developmental disabilities. These services supplement the support of family, friends and community members, and assist Individuals to live as independently as they can in the community.

The PDD Program works with Individuals, their representatives and families, community members and service providers to provide supports throughout Alberta. Adoption, child care, parenting, guardianship, foster and kinship care, and other family supports.

Help for individuals, families and children affected by or at risk of family violence, bullying, abuse, exploitation or homelessness. Services and supports for employees, workers and job seekers, including the Veterans Service Centre. Information for caregivers that are supporting family members who are no longer able to care for themselves.

Financial support and assistance, health benefits, service dogs, daily living and housing supports. Advisory and funding supports for not-for-profit and private organizations delivering social programs and services. You will not receive a reply.
